THE CONCORD SCHOOL OF PHILOSOPHY-- Somewhat to the rear of the Alcott House stands this little Chapel which was erected by Mrs. Elizabeth Thompson of New York, for the summer meetings of the "Concord School of Philosophy and Literature." Ses- sions were held here annually from 1879 to 1888. TWO CENTS
