The $200 million Crown Center Hotel and Office Complex
centers around a ten-acre square, with fountains and ter-
races. The hotel (left) sits atop a 70-foot hill, providing
guests a striking view of Kansas City. Owned by and located
adjacent to Hallmark Greeting Cards, the complex not only
features a luxury hotel, restaurants and five office buildings
but also houses a complex of small retail shops offering
items from around the world.
