Dinosaur National Monument, Utah
A shuttlebus is used to transport summer visitors to
and from a parking area to the quarry building. Twelve
kinds of dinosaurs have been found here in the
Morrison Formation since 1909. Today the fossils are
not removed but are left in place as a permanent
in-place exhibit.
