FORT LEWIS MILITARY MUSEUM, WASHINGTON
Built in 1918 by the Salvation Army, this was a lodge for WWI
military personnel. In 1972, the Dept. of the Army bought and
converted it to the Museum which houses military replicas
dating from Lewis & Clark to the present. The museum
is maintained by contributions from FRIENDS OF THE
MUSEUM. Majestic Mt. Rainier in the background.
