Mount Scott is the highest point in the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. It was named for Gen. Winfield Scott, hero of three wars. Thee is a 3-mile winding macadam road to the top of Mt. Scott. This lookout affords the visitor a superb panoramic view of the Wichita Wildlife Refuge.
