The lull in business in the
Orient has effected silver purchas-
es and is expected to continue
untill the Chinese New Year in
February.
We are paying 16¢ per troy
ounce for amalgam scrap.
Platinum
Prices are some what lower,
thru lack of demand.
We are paying $5.45 a dwt.
($109.00 oz.) for pure platinum
scrap.
Credit given for palladium
and platinum as well as gold
where scraps are refined.
