A restored Colonial village assembled around
green preserves for posterity the charm and beauty
of early New England life. The "Potter Mansion,'
built by a captain in Geo. Washington's army, has
excellent examples of period furnishings, and also
houses the Village Store. With other buildings, it is
open during the summer season.
