| Dress parade is the great spectacular feature of the life at West Point. The full enrollment of cadets, more than 400 in number, takes part, attired in full dress uniform and headed by the post band. The West Point cadets are accounted the best drilled body of troops in the world, and at dress parade their marvelous precision of movement is seen to the best advantage. |
