U. S. POST OFFICE. Standing on Main Street, as a
monument to the mentory of the Hou. Charles A. Russell,
the Norwich Post Office was opened to the public February
22d, 1905. The building, which cost about $110,000, is of
Corinthian design, based with brick, topped with limestone
to the main floor, above which is brick faced with terra cotta.
