Fort Bridger

| Fort Bridger, located between Evanston and Lyman, was the second settlement in Wyoming. Founded in 1843 by Jim Bridger and Louis Vasquez, this fort later became a military post from 1858 to 1890. It still stands today as a relic of the early days of Wyoming. |
