Make your own Snow Day!
Every family loves yummy Pebbles Snow People.
Back:
Pebbles Snow People Prep 10 minutes
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine
1 pkg. (10 1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature
Marshmallows (6 cups)
1 pkg. (13 oz.) POST Fruity or Cocoa PEBBLES
Cereal (about 8 1/2 cups)
Decorating icing, any color
Decorations
MICROWAVE butter in 4-quart microwavable
bowl on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.
Add marshmallows; mix to coat. Microwave 1-1/2
minutes or until marshmallows are completely melted,
stirring after 45 seconds. Add cereal; mix to coat well.
SHAPE 1 cup of the mixture into ball, using wet
or greased hands. Repeat for a total of 8 balls. Shape
remaining mixture into 8 balls, about 1/2 cup each.
PLACE small ball on top of large ball to make
Snowman. Gently press balls together or use icing to
secure. Decorate as desired. Yield: 6 to 8.
