The Antlers Hotel, Colorado Springs, Colorado.

When this Hotel was first started in 1871. a pair of
antlers were placed over its entrance. From this cirat
cumstance was derived the name which has lasted
through the years during several rebuildings. The pres-
ent hotel is one of the largest and finest in the west:
occupying a large park, and strikingly situated at the
west end of Pikes Peak Avenue with Pikes Peak towe
ering directly behind and over it.
