Seattle's Golden Potlatch . Each summer during the third week in July is celebrated the coming of the first gold ship from Alaska. The celebration is called the “Golden Potlatch” and Seattle people make merry. “Potlatch” is an Indian word meaning an entertainment given by one tribe for the entertainment of many tribes.
