The Ninth Economic Summit meeting was held in colonial Williamsburg, a far cry form the grand palaces of Versailles, the site of last year's meeting. President Reagan made a splendid choice, for not only is this town a reminder of the limits of power of freedom; but, it was a gathering place of ideas that shaped America and influenced the world.
