SWEETHEART OF THE ROCKIES
This friendly animal, also called the
"Rocky Mountain Canary," can be seen
throughout the Rocky Mt. Region.
For years, it has been the companion of
the old prospectors, has been widely used in
the old mining days and to-day, these burros
are still used to carry people to summit of
Pikes Peak, famous landmark in the Rockies.
