| Opened in 1951 to exhibit the various phases of public health, natural history, industry and science. Of the many interesting displays the atomic energy exhibit is the most outstanding. This building also houses the Hayden Planetarium whose distinguished white dome is becoming one of the well known landmarks. The Museum offers an educational program to teach further knowledge of science and nature to those who desire it. |
