This station, completed in October, 1931, is
part of a $15,000,000 development project at
Fort Worth, which includes new_yards, shops,
and a large terminal warehouse. Fort Worth, in
the geographical center of the world's greatest
oil producing region, is headquarters for more
than 700 oil producers, is the largest grain mar-
ket in the South and is the largest livestock and
packing center of the South.
