Series W-140 The story of atomic energy is interestingly told by the use of mechanical analogies, panels, mock-ups and movies in the American Museum of atomic energy. The museum is operated for the Atomic Energy commission by the Oak Ridge Institute of Nuclear Studies. Hours are from 9:30 A. M. to 5:00 P. M. on weekdays and from 12:30 to 6:30 P. M. on Sundays. Admission is 50¢ for adults and free for children under 12. |
