31915 From the Old Customs House have flown the flags of three na- tions-Spain, Mexico and the United States. The center section was built by Spain about 1814, the north end by Mexico about 1827 and the rest of the building by the U. S. in 1841 - 46. Now a State Historical Monument and Museum.
