Camp ESPA, located on Marshy Hope Creek on U.S. Route 313 between Sharptown and Eldorado in Dorchester County, Maryland is the Eastern Shore Police Association's summer camp for underprivileged boys. This aptly described “Miracle On The Marshy Hope” is a tribute to the four hundred association members businessman, civic organizations, and many individuals who believe that today's boys is tomorrow's leader.
