Series 39028-C 1/4 cup red maraschino cherries 1/4 cup green maraschino cherries 3/4 cup pecans, broken 3 ounces miniature marshmaltow 1/4 cup mayonnaise 1 cup canned fruit cocktail 1/4 cup yellow cling peaches 1/2 cup whipping cream, whipped 1/2 cup orange juice 1 ounce gelatin and combine remaining ingredients, except whipped cream, and add to gelatin mixture. Cool until semi-set, then fold in whipped cream. Pack in 2 quart-size round containers and freeze overnight. Defrost slightly and arrange slices on lettuce. Can be served with French, piquant of mayonnaise dressing, according to taste, or may be served without dressing if preferred. Makes 12 portions.
