The little log cabin in the right wing was the original homestead of Mr. and Mrs. Hatch, who numbered among their friends and oftt mes entertained Colorado's famous poetess and authoress, Helen Hunt Jackson, and in whose honor they named the Falls, immediately west of Bruin Inn, which bear her name to this day. |
