Park Row Building is located at the head of Park Row.
opposite the General Post Office adjoining Ann St. It rises to
a height of 29 stories including tower 381 feet high. It is built
entirely of limestone and has the distinction of being the first
skyscraper in New York, being ready for occupancy in October.
