Series 2. Picture No. 2 represents the office of the immigrants Home. This office is on the ground floor and the only space we have on the ground floor of the building. On the extreme right is a Bohemian who works for the F. Missier Co.; next is an immigrant, a Bulgarian named B. Parlov; next is Mr. Lekebusch, who represents F. Missler, and next to him is the office boy, "Charlie;" the next young man standing is a young foreigner who happened to be in the office at the time, and the man standing by the young foreigner is Mr. Hartman of the North German Lloyd S. S. Co.; sitting at the desk is Rev. J. B. Sears, Supt. Immigrants Home, and next is Rev. F. Bruckmann, Manager of the Home |
