Jamestown Festival Park
The struggles of the first permanent English settlers in America
are dramatized at Jamestown Festival Park. In this permanent,
year-round exhibit, the Commonwealth of Virginia pays tribute
to the 104 men and boys who settled at Jamestown in 1607.
Back:
Jamestown Festival Park adjoins historic Jamestown Is-
land, six miles from Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. Its
exhibits supplement those of the National Park Service
and the Association for the Preservation of Virginia An-
tiquities at Jamestown. Both Island and Park are non-
profit. All receipts are used to continue their operation.
The Park is operated by the Jamestown Foundation of the Commonwealth
of Virginia, Box JF, Williamsburg, Virginia 23185.
