Johnstown, N. Y.
Formerly the Tryon County Court House. Building con-
structed under the supervision of Sir William Johnson,
"The Empire Builder" in 1772. Aaron Burr and Alexander
Hamilton both tried cases here. Still used as a court
house. One of New York State's most famous historic
shrines.
