The Hotel Raleigh with a continental atmosphere,
is one of Washington's noted places, long being the center
of important events. After Lincoln's death, Andrew Jack-
son took oath of office here. Calisto Garcia Ineguez, Liber-
ator of Cuba and Master Mason, died at the Raleigh in 1898.
