The three-story building is the main laboratory, containing Mr. Edison's library-office, stock room, machine shops, and other working space. Also shown, from left to right, are the chemical storage room and pattern shop, the chemical laboratory, and the physics laboratory. In the foreground is part of the Main Archives and Museum.
