PUEBLO INDIAN WOMEN
are very picturesque as they sell their pottery
and wares along the highways. They dress
in their colorful shawls, short skirts, finished
in hand embroidery. Their moccasins are
hand-made of white buckskin and kept pure
white with a dressing they make of clay.
Their manner of dress dates back to the com-
ing of the Spaniards.
