Occupies a plot 152x197 feet at Broadway and Barclay
Street. It is the tallest building in the world, rising to a
height of 750 feet. 55 stories above the ground. The
foundation consists of caissons 19 feet in diameter sunk
to bedrock, 110 to 130 feet below the ground. Total cost is
estimated at $15,000,000.
