Was a patient from 1960-1963.Last time I saw the building up close was around summer 1976. Watched the center of the Steel Pier Collapse into the ocean ( in real time ) in 1960 from Hurricane Donna. All from my window view on the third floor. At the time of this post I'm 70 yrs young. Would love to talk with anyone who was there in that time.
