EWBERRIES is a principal crop with the grow-
ers of small fruit, and the varieties grown in the
Emmett Fruit Belt are large and highly flavored
and command the highest prices.
The ripening follows immediately after strawberry
picking is over, and forms one link in the chain of con-
tinuous fruit harvest. From $600 to $1000 per acre
net, is common with this class of small fruit.
