Huge Bagnell Dam across the Osage River

tiful lake has a scenic shore line of 1,372
miles. It is 130 miles long and covers an area
of 65,000 acres. Located in Central Missouri,
42 miles south of Jefferson City, about half-
way between St. Louis and Kansas City, 430
miles from Chicago on U. S. 54.
