This famous. Rose Bush is a White Lady 12,248 F
Banksia growing in the patio at the Rose Tree
Inn at Tombstone, Arizona. It grows from one
trunk more than fifty-four inches in circum-
ference to a height of nine feet, then spreads
over an arbor more than 63 x 65 feet. In a
season it bears hundreds of thousands of fra-
grant blossoms. Sixty posts support this Rose
Bush and two hundred can easily be seated to
dine in its shade at one time. It was planted
about 1885.
