Queen's Park is a beautiful expanse of green in the heart of the city and
reached from downtown by the wide boulevard of University Ave. It contains the
massive stone pile of the Ontario Parlia ment Buildings with its magnificent porte
cochere and the adjoining Whitney Block housing many of the departments of the
government, also the many buildings of Toronto University.
