Interesting to the sight-seer are the fisher-
folk that gather at Fisherman's Wharf. Along
the wharves, gay net menders sit at their ats
task, busy with stout twine and long wooden
needles, with the great brown nets hung in
the wind to dry, while hundreds of the daily UL 4
painted boats ride at anchor nearby.
