facilities for both studio work and class room
study. It is the home of 40,000 slides and 500
large color reproductions of the works of the
masters for the teaching of Art History. The
Memorial Union Footbridge connects the Uni-
versity's central campus with the fine arts
campus on the west bank of the Iowa River.
