beautiful Civic Center, the new office building is
32 stories high, including a four story crown.
Minoru Yamasaki – Smith Hinchman and Grylls,
Associated Architects and Engineers are the de-
signers. The exterior of the building is composed
of chips of white quartz pre-cast in concrete.
