The Public Library stands on the northwest
part of the Civic Center and forms part of the
great plan of grouping the civic agencies
about a common center to be an example of
artistic adornment. It is Corinthian in archi-
tecture containing nearly 200,000 books and
fulfills every requirement of a modern library.
