TULSA, OKLAHOMA, seat of Tulsa and second
city in size in Oklahoma, lies on the Arkansas K 1458
River about 40 miles N. W. of Muskogee. It is
the commercial center for a rich agricultural
and oil-producing region, and is the headquar-
