Adams County Courthouse

| This fireproof structure was built in 1911. The first courthouse in Adams County was made of logs in 1805. In 1811 it was replaced by a larger one built of stone. This was outgrown and replaced in 1876 by a two story brick structure which was destroyed by fire in 1910. |
