Nine million dollar structure with a seating
capacity of 13,500 is the largest building in
South Carolina. Completed in 1969, the multi-
purpose building is owned by the University of
South Carolina. Huge sports arena is among the
finest in the nation. The academic level houses
the Schools of Journalism and General Studies
for the University. A student lounge and post
office are among the many facilities of the
coliseum.
