ground is the Julius A. Stratton Building, which
houses the M.I.T. Student Center. The curved
building in the right foreground is a corner of
the Kresge Auditorium. The colonnade in the
center background is the 77 Massachusetts Ave.

smaller dome is directly above this entrance.
The larger dome behind it is the central and
familiar ยท M.I.T. dome which dominates the
Great Court when viewed from Memorial Drive.
The tall building still further in the background
is the Cecil and Ida Green Building which
houses the M.I.T. Center for Earth Sciences.
Structures atop the Green Building are instru-
ment towers and radar units used in meteor-
ological research.
