To the east of the Black Hills hangs the
last painting of the greatest artist ever known
"Dame Nature." It was here that she fin-
ished her work. In this picture she mixed
together all of the colors she had ever used
and smeared them upon the canvas and called it
the "Bad Lands." The gateway from the east
into this marvelous country is Cedar Pass.
