Enchanted Mesa Encantada

| Mesa Encantada, 430 ft. An ancient Legend is that once upon a time the Acoma Indians lived upon this Mesa. That during a busy season every one was at work in the fields below except three sick women who remained on top. An earthquake came causing their entrance to fall leaving the three women to die. It is still impossible to climb to the top of the Mesa. |
