CIVIC AUDITORIUM 18th & Capitol Avenue Omaha, Nebraska Omaha's Civic Auditorium was dedicated January 2, 1955. It is four buildings in one. The Arena seats almost 10,000 people, the Music Hall over 2,500 and the Assembly Hall 500. The Exhibit Hall has 72,000 square feet of exhibit area.
