The new home of Kansas City Major League

baseball scheduled to be completed in 1969. The
stadium will seat 45,000 and will be the most
modern baseball stadium in the country. It
features a revolutionary concept in the history
of stadium construction—the sliding roof, which
will permit baseball fans to enjoy the game
where it was meant to be played-out-of-doors-
and still protected from the elements.
