The 1250-seat Lawrence Memorial Chapel was
built in 1918 and dedicated to Myra Goodwin
Plantz, wife of Lawrence's seventh president, and
Helen Fairfield Naylor, wife of the late Dean
Wilson Naylor. It is used for university convoca-
tions and concerts by visiting artists and student
and faculty musicians.
