Briscoe Quadrangle is typical of newer I. U. resi-
dence halls, accommodating undergraduate women
in one wing and undergraduate men in the other.
Common dining room, library, and lounges are
located in the center building. Like all student
housing, Briscoe was financed through bonds to be
retired from income. No tax funds were involved.
