TELFAIR ACADEMY OF ARTS and SCIENCES Savannah, Georgia The building, erected in 1819, originally the home of the distinguished Telfair family is a gift to the City of Savannah by Miss Mary Telfair with an endowment for the founding of an Art Academy.
